Frequently Asked Questions
How fast can you deliver a dumpster to my home?
Most dumpster rentals are delivered within 24–48 hours of booking, and same-day delivery is available when our schedule allows. We’ll confirm your delivery window when you book.
What is included in your dumpster rental price?
Our rates include delivery, pickup, disposal of household debris, and a weight limit based on the dumpster size. You get a 7-day rental and property protection with wood boards under every dumpster. Additional days or overweight loads may incur extra fees, which we’ll always outline up front. Deliveries more than 25 miles from Columbia City may include a travel fee.
Where can you place a dumpster on my property?
We can place dumpsters on driveways, parking pads, gravel, or even grass. To prevent damage, every dumpster sits on wooden boards. We’ll work with you to select the safest, most accessible location.
Do you provide free estimates for dumpster rentals?
Yes. Call us for a free, no-obligation quote tailored to your project and location, or book online, where you’ll see your price before you confirm.
What if I need to keep the dumpster longer than the rental period?
If you need the dumpster for more than the standard 7-day rental period, just let us know. Extra days are $15 per day for the 10-yard dumpster and $20 per day for the 15-yard dumpster. Please contact us in advance to arrange an extended rental.
Is there anything I should do to prepare for dumpster delivery?
Please ensure the delivery area is clear of vehicles, low-hanging branches, debris, or other obstacles. If you’re setting the dumpster on your driveway or yard, we place wood boards beneath it to protect your property. We’ll review all delivery details with you before arrival.
Will you provide a clear quote with all fees and terms before I book?
Absolutely. We provide straightforward, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Your quote includes delivery, pickup, weight limits, and the rental period, so you know exactly what to expect.
What can and can’t go in your dumpsters?
Accepted: household junk and furniture (including mattresses), construction debris such as drywall, lumber, and flooring, roofing materials and shingles, appliances without Freon, yard waste and landscaping debris, and clean dirt, gravel, and concrete. Not accepted: hazardous waste (chemicals, solvents, and asbestos), tires, batteries, paint, oils, flammables, electronics such as TVs and computers, medical or biohazard waste, and appliances that contain Freon. Clean dirt, gravel, and concrete can only go in a 10-yard dumpster. Loads with concrete or roofing shingles add $50 to either dumpster size because of the extra weight; tonnage fees stay the same. If you’re not sure about an item, ask us before it goes in to avoid extra fees.
How do I know which dumpster size I need?
Our team is happy to help! Share some details about your project, and we’ll recommend whether a 10-yard or 15-yard dumpster is best for your needs. We’re just a call or message away for advice.
Will your delivery and pickup drivers take care to avoid property damage?
Yes, protecting your property is our priority. We always place wood boards under the dumpster, regardless of surface type, and our experienced drivers use best practices to minimize impact during delivery and pickup.
